Board Agenda For January 17, 2011 Meeting

2. Consent Agenda (2 minutes): Items in the consent agenda are attached.  This is a format whereby each member of the Board reads these items before arriving to the Board’s meeting.  When this agenda item comes up, a Board member may request to have an item pulled from the consent agenda for further discussion.  All remaining items on the consent agenda, however, will be approved or denied with no discussion.  The purpose of this is to allow time to discuss pressing matters and, hopefully, to keep our meetings short.

5 Batting Clinic:  (5 minutes) idea is to set up a hitting clinic for all kids in little league managed and taught by league volunteers with possibly asking for donations from parents.
