Guest: Trevor Domayer, Bobby Hieken, Len Gerken, Dwayne Adams, Mark Prescott, Rich Beaudoin, Drew Gilliand.

• Motion made by Daryn McLennan and 2nd by Michael Bates to approve the consent agenda. Vote approved with amendment to be made to the March 2011 minutes "Kate Evans did not set up the score keeper's clinic". Amendment made.
• In the matter of Stick ball and other games near fields 1 and 2. To be benched until we can discuss the issue with Legal.
• Motion made by Kate Evans and 2nd by Colette Gilliland to approve the 2011 All Star Rules. Vote approved.
• Colette will help the uniform committee design the uniform for All Stars.
• Motion made by Nicolle Sanderson and 2nd by Steve Rice for Mark Scarpaci and Mary Hodgins to head up sponsorship for All Stars and to start set cost and develop marketing packet. Vote approved.
• Motion made by Steve Rice and 2nd by Jennifer Longshore to implement the executive committee to handle as described in Consent Agenda. Vote Approved.
• Motion made by Kate Evans and 2nd by Sean Gallagher to approve the purchase of the following equipment: Screen Drag, New spikes for heavy drag. Approved purchase cost up to $550.00 including shipping cost. Vote approved.
• Chase will research price for Little League award pins.
• T-Ball and Pony players will be provided a Little League Medal at the end of the season.
• Minors/Majors will be provided a Little League Pin at the end of the season.
• Motion made by Steve Rice and 2nd by Michelle McMahan allowing the Executive Committee Design and Purchase the Minors team championship award, Major team regular season winner award, Major team tournament champion award and to keep the to about $700.00. Vote approved.
• Extra Little League patches are in the snack bar.
• Sean Gallagher will be contacting each Minor Manager to see how they are doing and to offer any help in areas they may be needed.
• Tuesday May 17th, 2011 all Minors games begin counting.
• Motion made by Michael Bates and 2nd by Steve Rice to adjourn meeting at 9pm.
