•    Motion made by Michael Bates and 2nd by Mark Scarpaci to accept the consent agenda (spelling of Kasey Acker name to be corrected in January 2011 minutes). Unanimous vote

Try-out information will be updated on the web site and an email to be sent out as a reminder.  All coaches on the Minors/Majors are required to be in attendance.

Coaching clinic at Hunter Park on Saturday February 19th 2010.

Major Managers will help out with Minors and will be attached to a specific Minor team to help teach the basics to the Minors.

Softball try-outs are Saturday February 26th at 10 am on Field 5.

Softball clinic at North Mountain Park fields on Saturday March 5th from 10-12.  All age groups thru high school $20 per child.

Evaluation forms for the Minors/Majors try-outs are difficult to understand. Daryn McLennan will provide a key to be used.

Everyone is to get Kasey Acker all their financial reports/info for any funds received.

Colette Gilliland will look into pen design, and we are discussing the possibility of a pen design competition.

Chase Anderson would like to provide the kids from T-Ball/Pony a certificate of completion at the end of the season.

Len is waiting to hear back about picture procurement and will update the board when bids are received.

Sponsorship is going to start putting feelers out for sponsorship for the All Stars.

Randy McWhorter reports that the city is re-fencing field 1 and discussion was that we will add a gate from the public area to the dug outs but only on one field this year and the other field next year $200 per gated (2 to be placed). Bleacher covers estimated at $1500.  The fields 4/5 at Walker are reserved thru June 2011 $100 per field. 

•    Motion made by Kate Evans and 2nd by Sean Gallagher to approve the purchase of two gates. Vote was 14/2 and passed.
•    Motion made by Mary Hodgins and 2nd by Nicolle Sanderson with 100% vote to approve the following managers:    Minors: James Dryer, Richard Beaudoin, Darin Gaston, Trevor Domayer
Pony: Jason Stranborg, Dave Ellis, Karl Kemper
•    Motion made by Michael Bates and 2nd by Colette Gilliland with 100% vote to approve the following managers:     T-Ball: Albie Pokrob, Jack Gibb

•    Motion made by Nicolle Sanderson and 2nd by Michael Bates to adjourn meeting with 100% vote.
